Ascor® Independent Wealth Managers was just crowned South Africa’s best independent financial advisor firm!
Ascor’s directors Wouter Fourie and Martin de Kock received the coveted Best Practice Adviser Award as the Best Advisor Firm in the Southern African region at a gala event held in Cape Town today. The awards are administrated by International Adviser, a UK-based global publication for financial advisors, and Old Mutual International.
In winning the award, Ascor Independent Wealth Managers was singled out for its proactive business practices, the support it provides to its client base, the way it provides sound financial and investment advice, its mastery of investment and client management technologies and the fact that it proactively complies with all relevant legislation.
The coveted Best Advisor Firm Award crowned a very successful day for Ascor, in which it was also awarded first place in the categories Excellence in Marketing and Communications, Excellence in Use of Technology and Excellence in Social Media.
In winning these awards, Ascor took home four of the seven awards on offer in the Best Practice Awards. These awards will find pride of place in Ascor’s offices, alongside the FPI Financial Planner of the Year Award that was awarded to Wouter Fourie for the 2015/16 competition and Ascor’s FPI Professional Practice Certification.
